Give me your opinions. I'm not caring about the # on the scale but needing some accountability. I've seen a lot of stuff about shakeology, advocare, those kinds of things. What is your take? I feel like it's very gimmicky. Is it even healthy?

okay so I have a very picky husband. How do I get more whole/healthy foods?! He's a shake & bake w/Mac & cheese kind of guy!
