I can't remember anything from my first recovery other than that it sucked and have already gone to emerg once in a panic (last week with increased pain).

So - my PP bleeding had all but stopped. Last night I woke up and went to the bathroom and it was back with a vengeance. Small clots, blood dripping - the works. It's dark red blood, and bad continued through today. I also have cramps. I really feel like I do on the first day of my usual period, but I'm only three weeks PP.

I'm not soaking through more pads than I should as far as I can tell. I've been gradually increasing activity but took it easy today (and I'm tired as hell so that wasn't hard to do!). All of my blood work was normal last time and the doctor said the incision feels and looks normal.

I'm guessing this is in the realm of normal recovery but would love some reassurance!
