This is day 4 of DS home sick with tonsillitis. Ugh. The weather has been cooler and he has been so sick/tired that we've been in the house almost the entire week. I'm also terrified of the baby getting sick. I'm going nuts.

Baking a carrot cake when LO has her nap. That's the only plan for now!

It's Thursday which means Story Hour at the library for the little kids (as opposed to Tuesdays for the older kids). So we'll head out to the library then pick up lunch at Chick Fil A then home for nap

My family's getting in late tonight so DH and I are cleaning the house from top to bottom.
Going out for lunch later at Salsarita's because I have a mandated unemployment orientation I have to go to.

Hanging out with my 3-month-old. Doing some cloth diaper laundry. Doing some homework (I'm on grad school spring break right now but I go back next week). And working on some creative writing for fun! I used to write--mostly novels--aaaall the time, but haven't written in over a year between getting pregnant and having a newborn! I haven't had a creative outlet in a while so yesterday I started a new novel idea. I forgot how fun it was!

LO I nanny is home sick from her usual daycare day so I'm hanging out with her today
She's very mood-swingy right now so we likely won't get up to much.

Just woke up! Had a great night last night thanks to gripe water. M still woke up but not once an hour (maybe 2-3) and was less fussy to get back to sleep. Now we're up and nursing and afterwards I'm having my coffee and we're headed to target.

Bringing LO to the aquarium for the first time! It's his little friend's first birthday today.

Was getting ready to head out for a run (after LO'S nap) & then the sky got dark & we are experiencing some intense thunder! Gotta get some cardio in somewhere...I should probably do a video. Then it's just laundry & maybe a trip to the store for entertainment purposes.

Doing laundry and trying to rework LO's sleep schedule. He's not sleeping enough so we are trying to incorporate more naps. So far he's had his first nap much earlier than usual which is good! Now he's down for a second morning nap which I didn't even know he needed until he fell asleep.

Just got home from Walmart, was supposed to just pick up Easter eggs and fillers...$50 later I'm not really sure what I got LOL. Now enjoying my last couple of days of maternity leave with R, treated myself to a Starbucks latte.

DD is spending the day with her grandma so DH & I are having a mini date day (with our newborn) in the city. We are going to my favorite brunch place.

It's my LOs 2nd birthday! I can't wait to get home to get more kisses. We had a little fun this morning even though she told me to stop singing happy birthday to her! We will give her a present tonight (her big one she'll get at her party on Saturday). She is having cupcakes with her nanny and bff today.

Preschool drop off, exchanging some baby gap clothes and buying the last of B's birthday presents. Then probably just hanging out for the rest of the day with LO's. It's rainy too so we can't really get out.

My mom just left, and I am wearing baby girl in the Moby for the second time...it is AWESOME. She's a super spitter, so having her be upright while still being able to use my hands is a game changer!!
@Dandelion: interested in the gripe water, too! I have some, and I'm wondering if it would help. She's super gassy all of the time.

been rather uncomfortable the past two days but contractions are not at all consistent. I'm ready, but I'm afraid baby boy is going to make me wait a while longer! I'm glad the Moby is working for you! I'm sure baby girl is enjoying being snuggled close to her mama! -

@Mrs. Sunshine: I hope so! I also brought him to the zoo for the first time this week (he is 10 mo). He seemed content but didn't really get too excited. Maybe the aquarium will be a little more stimulating.
