I am looking for a helmet for A, who is 12 months old with a small head. Does anyone have a helmet for babies, and where did you find it?

I had a hard time finding one too! I ended up stopping in at a local bike store and they had some. Do you have any near you?

My LO has a tiny head too and we got her helmet when she was 13 months old. I order everything online, but decided a proper fit was most important, so I took her to a local bike store to be fitted. They tried several brands on LO, and we bought the one that fit perfectly. It adjusts so there is room to grow.
I don't recall the brand, but I can check when I'm home if you are interested.
