so pretty! yes, i think you're understanding correctly--the first and last are woven wraps that would need to be converted if you wanted them as ring slings. the second and third are ring slings, no conversion needed.

i tend to shy away from light colored stuff because i know myself too well, but that certainly shouldn't stop you!

@Mrs D: Have you tried a ring sling before? I'm definitely still a beginner and no expert but I had to watch and attend a couple BWI meeting before I was comfortable putting my babies into a ring sling. For me, it was hard for me at first to get the right rails to adjust it correctly. For my first ring sling, I got one with stripes so I could easily adjust. It does need to be broken in some more, but I'm getting there. I do like Tekhni repreve wovens because they are super soft and needs little to no breaking in. I found out and tried Tekhni wovens after I purchased my WCRS from LPK.

You've got it right.
There are a few different shoulder styles with ring slings. If there is a baby wearing group near you, if recommend going to a meeting and trying some out. I prefer a padded shoulder but most women I know dislike padded shoulders for example.

@Mrs D: Yeah, I heard Little Frogs makes good affordable woven ring slings. I heard this from my local baby wearing group.

Pretty! It is light colored but good thing is that it is machine washable if you put it into a lingerie bag.
