For the most part, we like cosleeping. Lately, however, DD (almost 7 months) has been waking up more before DH and I go to bed. Sometimes just finding her pacifier does the trick, so it's no big deal. More frequently though she just gets more and more upset until I BF (won't take a bottle). The problem is, honestly, I often end up going to bed before I would like to and, also, I like to have a beer or a glass of wine with dinner sometimes. When she wasn't nursing until 1:00 or so, I didn't worry about this. Now she sometimes cries until I feed her at 9 or 10. She just seems to sleep so lightly until I come to bed. We have tried having my husband settle her, which leads to hysterics. She will cry and scream until I come get her (although she loves her daddy during the day). I have tried just getting into bed with her and cuddling and singing. This used to work but rarely does these days. We use white noise, and I leave my pillow next to her but she isn't fooled.

Any advice? Could this just be a phase? Do I need to just accept a booze free, early to bed life? Please tell me no!
