We're going to do it, we're going to start operation sleep training this weekend.
For the next 5 weeks we have nothing majorly disruptive going on, no travel, no nights where we need a babysitter, just us and our routine.
I wish there was a more gentle approach that would work but i think we're going to have to bite the bullet and do CIO. I may try to do CIO while i'm in the room this weekend but i'm fearful it may not be affective.
can anyone help me be brave? Tips on how to survive the next few nights
