Baby #2 is due early September and we're getting nowhere with names. DS1 was super easy - we named him after my dad who passed in 2006. But DS2???
Here are some thoughts we've had. I'll add a poll cause polls. 
Feel free to add new suggestions or what have you!
(FWIW we've thrown Ray or Raymond around as a middle name after DH's long time AA sponsor who passed away a few years ago..)

i don't know your son's name so i'm not sure which would go best. but on their own, i like Everett the best and I think Everett Ray would be nice.

I actually really like macaulay as long as you're okay with the fact that people are probably going to call him "mac"

I know a little Eamon and have grown to love the name b/c he's so sweet! Eamon Raymond might be too rhyme-y though!

I like Eamon best (though I agree Eamon Raymond is a bit much) but he would have to deal with spelling and pronouncing it for people his whole life. Probably the same with Macaulay, at least having to spell it out for people. And if you did Ollie as a middle name (which I love) people would probably assume his name is Oliver, and Oliver is a really popular name these days.
So, while I really like all of these, I pick Everett, just for ease of spelling and pronunciation. (Can you tell I don't like spelling my name for people?)
ETA:I meant Ollie as NICK name, not middle name. Your post was clear.

My first name and maiden name are very Irish, and the 2nd and 3rd options are as well. I love the name Everett, but I think a part of me wants my kids to get some Irish in their names somewhere... Maybe an Irish middle name for Everett??

I like eamon! Everett seems really trendy right now so I am not sure how well it would age, and DS1 has such a classic name.

Everett was my #1 boy name and my bf has a boy named Eamon, love them both. But Ollie is pretty darn cute.
