I am torn between these three seats. These are some of the best off consumer reports. For course I want the best for our babies but I'm not sure about spending the $180.
Any opinions on the three? Sorry I'm to tired to type it all out so you get a screen

I was really happy with our keyfit! The only downside I would say (that I didn't know until after P was in her convertible) is Chicco doesn't allow bracing AT ALL! So no part of the car seat can be touching the seats in front of it. Not sure what kind of car you have but you may just want to be sure that it fits comfortably without touching.
I don't know about the other seats & bracing.

i wouldn't suggest going with the snugride because twins tend to be smaller and the lowest strap height on the snugride is often too high. i know a lot of twin dads that have been sent to buy a new set of carseats when they went to take babies home but found the babies didn't fit in the seats properly. the chicco is a great seat for tiny babies!

@runsyellowlites: We have a Honda Odyssey. Our second row can slide back. Idk if that's enough room but I would think it might be...

@Sugar.Biscuit: I would think so. We had a Honda Civic & it barely touched with DH comfortably in the driver seat (he's 6').

I have a SnugRide, but since my baby is still cooking, I haven't tried it with a real baby. The Chicco wouldn't fit in our car, and of all the others we just liked the feel of the Graco the best.

We have the Maxi Cosi mico, but if I were choosing between those three I would go with the Chicco.

I love the key fit! We are still using it at 8 1/2 months. I carry it all the time and its one of the lightest seats.

You really can't go wrong with the Keyfit. It's worth the extra.

We loved our keyfit and had no complaints. we used some gift cards from a shower to help make it feel a little less pricey!

Definitely the Keyfit! We loved using ours with the Snap 'n Go stroller (so convenient) or the Bob Revolution SE. After DS grew out of the Keyfit, we switched him to the Britax Marathon 70- also highly recommend!

I got Snugride 35s, and was able to take home my twins in them (one of them was 4.5lbs when we brought her home). They are still fitting in them at 10 months... not for long, but they still fit:)

I voted snug ride based on price, but we actually have the Chico and looooovvee it.

If it's only between those 3, I'd choose the Chicco. We have Britax & love it!!!!

We're planning to get the Chicco. I went to a couple stores and walked around with every single infant seat there was, and the Chicco was by far the most comfortable to carry. Add in the (supposedly) easy install and good safety ratings, and I think it will be worth the money.

If I had to do it all over again I'd either get the Chicco Key Fit or Britax B-Safe. The Britax B-Safe is newer and has a great recline and you can't really go wrong with the Britax brand. We had the Peg Perego one and I liked it but it was quite expensive.

We love our Chicco! We used it until 10 months, but could have easily gone well past a year with it. Remember to pay attention to sales, I got a great carseat deal on Cyber Monday last year!
A friend of mine had the Safety First, I wasn't as impressed with the quality of it when compared with our Chicco.

@lemondrop: I think I will register for them. Out baby shower is in November so if I don't get them I'll use the cash ot gift cards to do so. I just hope its an online deal cause there is no way I'm standing in black Friday lines

We have the Britax and I love love love it. Out of those three though, I would choose the KeyFit

Don't have experience with it yet, but we'll be using the keyfit when our twins arrive.

we got the graco snugride 35 with click connect. so far (still pregnant) it looks and feels sturdy and cozy. we have 2 bases, the snap and go stroller and the jogging stroller so the whole system is easy to use. We just got our seats inspected by the hospital and they had some pretty good things to say about the seat. Hubs was able to install them easily and it fits comfortable in my small kia soul which was nervous about.
