I need some more ideas of what to eat with sticky rice. We have a couple of go to Thai dishes but I want something else. We like medium spicy and any kind of meat. Help!

Anything & everything!
I'm Korean and I loooove rice, and will seriously eat it with anything... quickly off the top of my head: nori (dried seaweed), fried egg, stirfry (I just throw together whatever meat and leftover veggies I have in the fridge in the wok), soy sauce chicken (chicken simmered w/ balsamic vinegar & soy sauce)... the possibilities are endless -
@MungBean: oooh the soy sauce chicken sounds good! Is it sour? I need to make an attempt to cook more before my husband goes crazy. Thank you!

The only way I've ever eaten it - and love it - is as a breakfast food!
Rice and fried egg dipped in soy sauce
sooo yummy. It'd be really easy to add steak too.

Fried rice (with whatever meat you have)..you could add la-yu on top for spicyness! Or Korean BBQ- spicy pork, yumyumyum!!!

@anonysquire: I'd say its more just a general sweetness with the green curry than an overtly coconut flavor.
I second a PP who said Korean food was yummy - I love it!

Anything! Sticky rice is my favorite rice. I didn't even know other types of rice existed until I got out of the house, haha.
You could make mango sticky rice, yum!
I like it with bulgolgi, though (which is what we're having for dinner!)
