I am having a hard time coming up with a good menu that flows for DH's 40th in May. The venue only has 2 food options pizza or a taco bar. DH is from New York and hates our Mid West pizza so I'm thinking taco bar is the way to go. I'm having a hard time thinking up party food that goes with tacos. Here is what I am wanting to have as snacks. All of these are foods DH loves:

Candied Bacon
Puppy Chow
Doritos
Snickers
Chips/Salsa (provided by venue)
M&Ms
Chocolates

The snacks just don't flow very well with the taco bar. Is that ok? Any suggestions would be great thanks
