@ElbieKay: a few questions, first I assume it's an indoor range? Second, will you be shooting? Also, what is your normal attire for client events?

I have 0 experience with real life shooting range, but TV cop dramas with hot female detectives have taught me that you can wear anything to a shooting range, including high heels.

In your case, I would just wear something like Ponte pants, flats, and a button up/cardigan or something like that up top. Something you can move your arms in. Although in Olympic shooting they wear super tight jackets to help keep their arms still.

@ElbieKay: It sounds like any of your normal outfits would be fine then. I would maybe avoid tight skirts (unless they have a lot of stretch) so that you can get a good "stance".

@mediagirl: Agree, I like the deeper/darker look. I wouldn't do anything too cute/frilly/floral.

@ElbieKay: I would wear a suit with a jacket, but with a lightweight (probably sleeveless) shell/shirt underneath that, when your jacket is off, is still dressy. I wouldn't wear too high a heel . . . you don't want to lose your balance when the gun recoils (kickback).

@ElbieKay: eh, you're not living down there. You're just going for a visit. You don't need bright prints or anything. Just wear what you are comfortable in and if that is dark colors, wear them. I used to travel for work a lot and would end up in warm places (in February) and always just wore my black, navy and chocolate pieces since that's really all I own!

@ElbieKay: I dont think you have to go "dark" but solid colors. Even a bold red or royal blue would be awesome.

Khaki, olives, eggplant all would work. You may see some bright Tommy Bahama shirts in Naples, but for the most part Floridians use the calendar and a slight chill in the air to get all "wintery."

@SweetiePie: I like that outfit, I'd probably do a variation of that.
