Are there any windows??

I'd probably put your dresser on the long wall as you come in since that isn't as deep as the crib. I'd put the crib on either the 6'10" or 8'10" wall probably off center towards the corner so it doesn't feel overpowering in the room. And id put the glider with a side table and maybe a floor lamp in the nook. Try floorplanner.com you can put in your measurements and play with all the shapes.

I'd put dresser on 9'10 wall and crib on the wall across from it. Glider in the top right corner. This is essentially the layout of our teeny nursery and it works well for us!

Bookshelf/ Toy storage/ Kid size table & chairs on 6'10 wall

Window wall- I'd create either a built in desk or built in bench storage

I'm not sure of the dimensions of our nook. I'll have to check!

I think with 3 feet across you should be able to get a chair in there probably caddy cornered and maybe a bookshelf on one of the 2'4 walls

@MrsBananaGrabber: I was going to suggest putting the glider and a bookshelf in the nook by the window, just like @yellowbird. Then I'd put the crib on the 8'10" wall and a long dresser on the 9'10" wall. Shelves with toys on the 6'10" wall.

@MrsBananaGrabber: Your window alcove is 46" wide and 28" deep. Using Land of Nod's Toby as an example a glider is 30" wide and 35" deep. Your glider would likely poke out of the alcove a bit, but you should still have enough space for a narrow side table. Have you created furniture to play around with layout in your room plan?
