@crazydoglady: This is what I do:

Morning:
-CereVe foaming Face Wash
- Thayer's Rose Water Witch Hazel Toner
- Moisturizer

Night (only if I wore makeup)
- The Face Shop Bright Cleansing Oil
- CereVe Foaming Face Wash
- Thayer's Toner
- Moisturizer

Once a week I use a scrup (St. Ives Apricot Scrub). Sometimes I use a water sleeping mask. I'm 32 and my skin has never looked better.

I know it’s important to have a dedicated SPF though and not just rely on moisturizers, makeup, and/or B.B. creams that also contain SPF. If I had to say what one thing is best for anti-aging, I’d say it’s to wear SPF.

@Mrs. High Heels: could you share which specific Biore SPF you recommend. I’ve been meaning to add a dedicated sunscreen to my regimen and you’ve convinced me I need to do it now! I searched amazon but saw a lot of (really well reviewed) options so I’m struggling to pick.

While looking for a hydrating toner from Secret key in one of those videos, I stumbled upon a fruit mask making machine...you can really buy anything on amazon.

I am wondering if I can make my own without the machine, anyone done it?

I'd do this in the AM:
- Cleanse
- Pyunkang essence toner
- The Ordinary HA
- Oil elixir (I personally don't use oil in the mornings, but you can)

PM:
- Double cleanse
- Pyunkang essence toner
- The Ordinary Lactic acid
- Oil elixir

@Mrs. High Heels: not to threadjack but do you have any suggestions for natural/organic products? Right now all I’m using is alba face wash and Kimberly sawyer face lotion. I’m 32 and have combo skin and bags under my eyes (hello motherhood haha) I’d love any suggestions you have!!

@gotkimchi: to piggy back off of what @Mrs. High Heels: said, you should typically apply products lightest to heaviest. So in general:

- wash
- toner/essence (watery consistencies)
- Serum (more gel type consistencies)
- oil/moisturizer

@gotkimchi: I pat with my fingertips for the most part, but for acids/acid toners I use cotton pads. I started doing that after watching one of Gothamista's videos and she does it because it gives a more even finish, which makes sense to me, esp for acids. Recently, I have been using these ones based on a rec. These square ones absorb less product than the round thick cotton ones!

@T.H.O.U.: Yes, super well! It soaks in quickly and you won't even feel it on your face.

@gotkimchi: try Brighten up scrub from Vasanti. I get it from Birchbox.

@gotkimchi: I’d add a vitamin c in the morning, and in the evening I’d alternate between your current glycolic acid and a retinol (I am using a Paula’s Choice retinol but I know some people swear by differin for breakouts - it’s an over the counter retinol that used to not be OTC I think).

If you’re okay adding even more steps perhaps consider an essence and serum. I’m using the May Coop brand for both right now and love them!! It’s the May Coop raw sauce (essence), and I forget the official serum name, but you can find both on Costco.com right now for a super reasonable price.

@gotkimchi: I like the ordinary niacinimide. It’s helped control my breakouts. You could also try glycolic or go to something stronger like a retinoid.
The ordinary rosehip oil is also highly reccomended. As is accure blue Tansy oil

@youboots: Have you tried Exfolikate by Kate Somerville? If you like Vasanti Brighten Up I think you’d love Exfolikate! (Tingles a bit more but I was a big Vasanti fan, and I still am, but the Exfolikate blows it out of the water).
