I came off the pill early September and had the normal withdrawal bleed. Then earlier this week, it look like my period was starting, except it was lighter than normal when I wasn't on the pill. Then yesterday it seemed to have stop - which was weird, cause it was only 2.5 days long, which is very short for me, even on the pill it was longer than that. So zero flow yesterday I figured maybe my body is a little odd after coming off the pill and it was just short this time. But then today, it seems to have started again just as heavy as it was the day before. I'm so confused now. Ive never had a full day where it stops and then picks up again, is this normal??

I think it's normal for your body to do weird things as you adjust to being off of the pill. I wouldn't worry about it! (But I'm not a doctor...)

It could be many different things, but I wouldn't worry about it until it still happens after 6 months. Your body is regulating itself right now so it's likely your hormones are a little offbeat. If you're really concerned definitely go see your Doctor, but it's unlikely your doctor will offer any explanation other than "your body is regulating".

That happens to me sometimes since going off the pill-- not usually a full day, but almost-- enough that I think I only need a liner and then BAM, just kidding! It is probably just you regulating, though mine still starts and gets SUPER light then normal again in any given cycle, 6 months after stopping BCP.

Yep! I went off the pill right when we started to try. On the pill, it lasted 6 days, light, heavy for 3-4 then light. The 1st month, I spotted for two days, then super light flow for 3 days, and gone. The 2nd month, spotting for one day, light day, heavy-heavy the next, and then 3 days of light.
Your body is still just regulating, so I wouldn't worry about it.
