Today I went to the caf for a salad and YAY, they have grilled chicken again!! So lots of greens with grilled chicken, a hard boiled egg, a few cubes of feta, cucumbers, mushrooms, and honey mustard dressing (on the side). I also got a piece of pita bread but I'm trying not to eat all of it! I skipped the croutons though. Trying to be good before my 3 hour glucose test this Monday
