Sometimes I give her something to drink. Other times I just let her hiccup away until they stop naturally.

Normally just let him hiccup them away. I will offer water or something to drink now that he is older, but he normally just lets them go anyways.

I swear my daughter always had hiccups when she was little! I always just let them go away on there own.

Infants get hiccups a lot because it is working their diaphragm, helping it develop more.

@Rosie Girl: my lo's diaphragm will be very well developed then! I just let her hiccup.

I always just let him be, but occasionally he would get really mad, so I would give him some gripe water. That pretty much always got rid of them.
