My 10 year will be next month during Thanksgiving week. Seeing as how I will be home with a nb, or miserably past my due date-- I will not be going!

I went to my DH's 10 year this year. Well correction: We both traveled together, I stayed in the hotel due to anxiety. I will go to mine in 4 years!

Oh this made me remember a funny story about our 5 yr reunion. No one had planned anything and everyone was expressing interest on our school facebook page so I took the lead. So I was planning an awesome reunion because all the student body officers said they were busy or live out of state. ANyways everyone was getting excited and tons of people were RSVping, like 500-700. And then once they student body officers saw that people were interested they forced me to give up the hosting rights. I get that they are in charge but they didn't want to do anything til I got people excited. LAME!

I didn't go to mine. LO was just 2 weeks old so 1) I wasn't ready to leave her and 2) No way was I going to a reunion with a belly like I was still pregnant!

My friends went and said it was kind of bleh. It would have been nice to go, but I feel like I'll just go next time.

Mine is next month & I don't think I'm gonna go. I bunch of ppl from high school were at my wedding, DH didn't go to my high school but he's friends with a ton of kids that did, and the others i'd wanna see I'm still in touch with. That and I don't want to hear about their babies to be honest, I'm feeling a lil sensitive right now & don't think the reunion would help.

I would never go! I keep in contact with the people I would want to see!

I went to my 10 year - it was a ton if fun! Drank too much (as did everyone with the open bar) but it was great to catch up with everyone!

My 10-year will be this summer as well. Definitely not going, though. High school was a pretty meh time for me, and I really only stay in touch with one friend, who I see on a regular enough basis that a special reunion will be necessary.

Maybe I'll feel differently for the 20-year.

I went to my 5- and 10-year reunion, and am going to my 15-year over Thanksgiving. I don't really like going, but my friends all beg and plead, so I always end up caving and going. My class was not very close at all, and it was TERRIBLY clique-ish. At our 10-year reunion, the same snotty girls who wouldn't talk to me in high school still wouldn't talk to me. I am hoping it might be a little bit better this time around, because it seems like more people are more active on facebook, but we'll see.
