Has anyone hired someone to photoshop their pictures?

I did a milk bath photoshoot with LO (3 months), I got one decent photo from it but it need to be altered - a bit too revealing, not perfect lighting, and some glare from the water. I've tried to do it myself but I'd like to print it on a larger canvas so I'd like it to be near perfect!
