Steak of some sort (my parents are providing)

Christmas Eve:
Pasta Fagioli
Ravioli stuffed with ricotta & ground beef/spinach
Christmas brunch:
Mimosas
Sausage, hash browns, eggs in a cast iron skillet topped with runny eggs
Scrambled eggs
Bacon
Appies:
Honey lemon butterfly shrimp
...??
Christmas dinner:
Dry aged bone in prime rib (BIL & GF purchased but DH is dry aging and roasting)
Mac & Cheese (BIL GF is making)
Squash Gratin
Crock pot chunky mashed potatoes
Cheesy garlic bread
Roasted broccoli/ cauliflower
Mixed green salad with goat cheese, toasted pecans and honey mustard vinaigrette
Need to decide on a dessert

I am doing a cocktail party (all appetizer) style on Christmas Eve for 15 people. It's a mishmash of stuff-
Chips and Dips, antipasto, sesame glazed meatballs, mini hot ham sandwiches, enchiladas, maybe shrimp cocktail, fruit plate, veggie wreath,rum cake and cheese cake

We're hosting Christmas Eve and doing Mexican:
homemade tamales
Mexican rice (MIL making)
beans (MIL making)
some kind of green salad or a jicama/orange salad
Avocado/tomato salad
pickled red onions
couple of kinds of homemade salsas
I also kinda want to make pozole, but we'll see if there is time.
Not 100% sure about desserts yet.
Start with some themed cocktails of some sort as well.

Christmas Eve is always meat pies (at my mom's)
Brunch will be breakfast casserole, overnight gingerbread French toast, bacon, sausage and fruit.
Snacks will be a ton of Christmas baking
Dinner will be a full turkey dinner!

Breakfast: I think I settled on mini quiche and fruit (fi anyone has any great Trade Joe ideas for quick breakfast let me know I'm going tonight)
Lunch: big meal with family: turkey with all the fixings.
Dinner: leftover turkey sandwiches
Christmas Eve: I work in the morning so picking up Panera bagels and then dinner at my mom's is oyster stew and soup with appetizers.

Baccala dip and grilled bread
Shrimp cocktail
Stuffed hot peppers and olives
Dinner:
Romaine hearts Caesar with anchovies
Bucatini with clams, squid and lobster
Whole roasted fish over fennel (DH is cooking this one)
My mom is bringing dessert.
