Hellobee Boards

I have a couple of binders. One that is strictly meal planning and recipes - section for weekly menu, a list of what is currently in the freezer, section for recipes we haven't tried yet, and then a section for recipes we have tried and liked (these are then separated by category).

Another household binder that is larger, it contains an emergency contact list on the first page, all of the manuals to things around the house, warranty info, our wifi network + password, a list of all family and friend birthdays, a list of who we buy gifts for and when, list of utilities with account numbers, cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly), and insurance info.

Just basic binders and dividers from Target. I schedule on my calendar to go through it at least once a month to keep everything up to date. Some of the things are a "cheat sheet" of basic info while the more detailed things are actually filed away. All bill related things are on my computer or my phone calendar. In the future when applicable I will add a list of paint colors around the home, school info for LO, a list of local home repair/plummer/etc people.
