It just sounds so gross! Right now I'm blending her solids with breast milk but chicken and breast milk doesn't sound good... Or maybe it will be like chicken soup?
So I wanted to start with chicken. Which part of the chicken should I use? Should I roast? Poach? Is it really as grim as it sounds?
I have to make a puree, DH is not on board with BLW.
And I think it's more tender! But I'm partial to dark meat....
