I just made a ton of pizza dough yesterday. I left one ball in the fridge to cook this week, and froze the rest.
Most of the time we use pepperoni, red/yellow bell pepper, onion, and mushrooms. When we are feeling fancy we like to make fig, prosciutto, and arugula pizza, and in the summer we like use fresh basil, tomato, and mozzarella.
