Hotel or camper with a 13 month old?

Maybe a lot of people won't have experience making this decision, but I'm hopeful you'll have opinions! We're taking a three night trip next year when LO will be 13 months (2.5 months old now). We have the option to stay in a hotel or stay in our camper. It's a sightseeing trip of sorts, LO will be spending lots of time in her stroller or being worn, if that's a factor. She'll sleep in her pack n play either way.

Camper:
- Familiar surroundings (lots of camping trips beforehand)
- Cheaper ($80/night for campground)
- Has a fridge, stove, sink, and outside shower
- Five minute drive from where we'll be going every day
- Quieter-- no paper thin walls and some space between our "neighbors"
- 10 day cancellation policy, if weather is going too rough for our camper, we'll lose our money and pay more for a hotel

Hotel:
- Between $100 or $200 a night, but free cancellation up to a day before
- Bigger space (LO can play on the floor in the evening if the weather is bad)
- Potential noisy neighbors (or noisy LO disturbing others!)
- Ten minute drive
- Has fridge and full bathroom.. maybe a microwave.

Writing this post-- maybe there isn't a clear winner since I have no idea what LO will be like in 11 months. Maybe I should reserve both and cancel one when I have a better idea how LO will be? Is that crazy? I can't wait to reserve, hotels and campground is filling up fast for the weekend we're going!

Yeah-- The hotel that I like is book now, pay later. I'm just going to make a reservation at both
