Do you tip every day? Or at the end of your stay?

My dad used to tip daily if he was traveling for work b/c he figured he may have different maids every day.

We tip everyday because it's not always the same staff on duty. Plus, we don't know if they pool their tips or keep what they get.

We tip at the end and leave it as part of our final bill for them to split. 20% etc.
