My stepmom asked us what we want for a housewarming gift. Such a sweet gesture (she's awesome), but I don't know what to ask for.
What would you ask for?

My mom bought us new sheets and pillows (really nice ones!). It was a great gift! Oh, and she let me go with her to pick them out so I knew I would like them

My SIL and her husband got a nice vacuum from her mom, and DH and I are going to get one of those large rocks that you can put your family name on (hoping it will be passed down to the kids).

@matador84: Is she close by? If so, I would ask for a meal(s). If not, I would ask for a gift certificate to the kind of places that prepare meals (including sides and dessert) and all you have to do is pick them up and pop them in the oven?
Thought it might be nice for you since you are on your own a lot.
