lol!! Well I know you're not religious so this probably isn't helpful, but I tell my LO that God put him in my tummy. haha. It works for now.

@narwhal: thanks for this. She has always been very curious about this, she knows I had a csection but that babies mostly come out of vaginas, ha. I think she's ready to hear about a sperm and egg but not the ins and outs of sex
