Someone to set up your will, guardianship, trust, etc?
I've tried asking in a local mom's group and family/friends for referrals. I'm planning to ask our insurance agent but she's on vacation currently.
Any other avenues I'm missing? Thanks!

@sslm: gosh, I don't remember who we used? But I remember not really liking / clicking with him. I also don't think he does this kind of stuff.

I just recently found out that both my union and my husband's company offer a "discount" on attorneys for this type of stuff....but when I googled the law firm my union suggested, it seems like they do a lot of accident/injury stuff, which turned me off for some reason.
But, supposedly we get 30% off the fee, so I may call them and get more info about their estate planning services anyway. So, check your workplaces.

They're well regarded in the town I live in (plus we used them when we closed on our house) and they participate in the legal plan offered by my husband's employer.
