I am going to wait a few more months because diapering is still emphasized in her current room at daycare. She will be 2 soon and she moves into the next room at 28 months.

Seriously around 2. That's when it's reinforced at daycare.

We started at 19 months because I felt the signs I needed to see were there and I was ready too. I spoke to DH about it and he was mostly on board too so I went for it.
ETA: and we had a meeting with his teachers at daycare to make sure they would be on board as well and since they were . . .

We started around 16 months because he saw all the other kids (older kids) at daycare using the potty and he was interested.

We did the 3 day potty method at 24 months and it worked great. I've read that between 16 and 28 months is a great time to try potty training
