The other day as I was driving on my quiet subdivision street 2 doors down from my house, a huge Dodge Durango did not see me (there were some parked cars along the road) and was barreling down the middle of the street coming down other way. I honked and the driver stepped on the brakes and swerved to her side of the street. I caught a glimpse of the plate and saw the first 3 letters. A few months ago, I was also nearly hit by another car as I was backing out of my driveway and I think it was by the same car though I can't be sure.

I was positive it was one of my neighbors and I saw which one it was today. They live down the street about 10 houses down.

I want to confront them and ask that they slow down (I didn't get a great look at the driver but I think it *might* be a teenage girl so really I would be talking to the parents). How do I do this without alienating them and making an enemy? I normally hate confrontation but I think this is turning into a safety issue.
