DH bought a new big screen TV and it makes me nervous. I don't think it can be wall mounted in our home so it currently sits on a stand. I'm afraid my toddler will get too curious about it...
How do you baby proof your TV?

I think there's some kind of tether you can buy. A strap that mounts to the wall? There was an ad on HB a whole back about flat screen safety and babies. It might pop again with this topic.

We put baby gates around the whole entertainment system. It's the only baby proofed thing in the house.

For our TV, we bought an entertainment center thing from Ikea that takes up the whole wall, and we mounted the TV on the furniture itself (sort of like this: http://www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/S89894553/).

We are going to secure ours with the anchors for flat screens I think - I amazon searched "baby proof tv" lol
