I always floss then brush. I don't always remember to use mouth rinse but I have been a lot better about it lately. Your mouth does feel so much fresher after a rinse!
I'm bad about remembering to brush at night!
How is your dental hygiene regimen?

I used to floss then brush but last month DH sent me an article that suggests brushing THEN flossing!

Floss and then brush (although I should be better about flossing... I always forget and only floss like 3 times a week).

Brush, floss, then rinse. I just went to the dentist yesterday and that's the way they said to do it, but according to the ADA either way is fine as long as you do a thorough job.
@anonysquire: Please tell me you dilute the H2O2. That's so harsh for your mouth. It should be diluted 1:1.

Rinse, brush, floss! Didn't know you were "supposed" to floss last, but it always made sense to me. (I rinse first because I use it more for whitening/better brushing and *don't* want the mouthwash to hang out in there after the fact.)

@boiledpnut: No I do not. My dentist is fine with it and it has never burned my mouth.

And I should add that I have not had any cavities since I was like 11 and I have no sensitivty issues and my teeth are pretty dang white. I will continue with the peroxide.

I guess I'll be the first to admit I only floss 1-2x a month. Aghh I'm so bad, I know. I have always flossed first because I think that the grime gets loosened and is easier to brush away.. that's my theory anyway
BUT that's when I actually *do* floss haha.
I don't use a mouth rinse.
I need to find a way to whiten my teeth though, they're aren't as white as I would like. Maybe baking soda?

@anonysquire: Wow, that's shocking that your dentist is fine with it and he knows you aren't diluting it. I've never heard that. Every dental professional I've ever talked with says to dilute it 1:1 (FDA says this too). It's still effective. But it's your teeth/mouth, so....
