The blue part comes off and I just throw it in the basket in our dishwasher !

I run hot soapy water through it and then cover the ends with my thumb and finger and shake. So far I haven't met a booger that could resist me!

I let it sit in a glass full of soapy water overnight. In the morning I twist a paper towel down into it to get the last goobers out and dry it. Don't know what we'd do without the nose frida, love it!

I don't have one but would a q tip work, that's what we use on the sippy cup straws after washing them.
