I usually spray, and I make scrambled when it's for me and DH, and over easy when its just me!

Usually scrambled or over easy, and always with cooking spray. Never tried cooking them in butter!
I love poached as well but such a pain to boil the water first.

I always and only cook them with butter. I have all stainless steel pans, and cooking spray isn't good for them. I make eggs over easy 99% of the time, and scrambled the other 1%

Usually scrambled because the yolk is done. I don't like runny yolks! I also cook it with a spray, but the hubby cooks it with butter.

I've been doing scrambled lately, but I'm starting to really want some medium over with hash browns. That's not allowed, is it?

Over easy!! Had my first over easy in 10 months 2 mornings ago. Sooo good.
We use a spray. Been meaning to go to Bed Bath, they have a spray capsule that you can put olive oil in!

In oil, making sure it's super hot. Scrambled with a tiny dot of soy sauce or a tad of milk. Over hard with a broken yolk with red chili flakes, garlic, onion and ginger powder.

Butter-- we have non-stick pans, so we don't use the spray at all.
Over easy usually, scrambled if I'm lazy.

Over medium, usually without any oil since I use my cast iron skillet. If I scramble, I'll use a little butter or coconut oil just in case. I also hard boil up a batch of eggs at the beginning of the week for quick snacks or breakfast on the run.
