I'm pretty middle-of-the-road when it comes to buying organic fruits and produce. Ideally, I'd love everything to be organic of course, but it can be so cost-prohibitive! One of the items I always waver on are eggs. We don't eat a ton of eggs in our household. So, on occasion, I do buy organic, free-range, no hormones/antibiotic eggs. Today, I wavered. $4.99 for organic vs. $1.99 for regular. I bought regular. And HALF our eggs in the dozen had DOUBLE the egg yolks! Have you ever encountered such a thing?! Is this a good thing or a bad thing? I guess it could be seen either way...

Do you buy organic eggs? Why or why not?
