I bite them off. I tried a trimmer, a file, etc etc. she's almost 9 months now and I still bite them off!

I usually file them. It's a bit easier and less likely to cut if she moves her hand away fast.

I use the scissors and do it while she's nursing.

I usually sit her on my lap facing the tv (she'll usually sit and just passively stare at the tv) and if I'm lucky she'll sit still long enough for me to get a few nails done. I use clippers and it sometimes takes me a few tries to get all her nails done. I feel like I'm constantly clipping her nails because if she goes more than three days she starts shredding her face!

I use baby nail clippers, and usually do it while she's sleeping on my lap. I try to get her to grip my finger while she's still asleep, so she's less likely to wake up.

I've done clipping and biting. My brother taught me the biting idea and it works well on those little delicate fingers.

Baby nail scissors. I usually do it while DH is feeding him. He's too distracted by food to care.

I use baby nail clippers. I put the child on my lap facing out. It puts their hands in the same direction my own hand would be if I were cutting my nails, so the angle isn't as awkward.

I have two weird kiddos that don't mind getting their nails cut with (baby nail) scissors.

Scissors! I always do it when she's awake. She actually watches me and I tell her she's getting a manicure and I have a manicure song lol.

I use a mini nail file. I use a clipper for toenails. When he was younger I could sometimes bite or scrape them down, but they were often still jagged. I got used to filing them, and he scratches the hell out of his face somehow so I still do it once or twice a week at 20 months.
