This might be the type A in me, but I always have a running list in my head of everything that needs to be done and I have a hard time turning it off. That doesn't mean I get to everything! I used to write lists so that I could stop trying to remember it all, but I stopped actually checking my lists so I don't do that anymore.

How do you cope? What do you do to get things done and still allow your mind to relax?
