This might sound like a stupid FTM question, but HOW does your LO fall asleep for "naps" in the daytime? K is 3 months and really quite good for night-time sleeps. We've had a routine since 2 weeks and unless it's growth spurt/wonder week, it's pretty easy to get her to sleep.

BUT... Daytime sleep is HARD to come by. She is the lightest sleeper and serious cat-napper. We've gone from 5-10 min, naps, to ~25-35 min. naps when I can get them. That would be fine for me, except she won't sleep at home! I usually have to walk her around in the stroller (and since now she's resisting that, in a carrier) OR she'll fall asleep in the car. But she often wakes up now as soon as the car stops or as soon as we get inside the house. If I try to put her down in the daytime in the crib, she will wake up before her head even touches down. I'm thankful she's a good night sleeper, but how to get her to sleep in the daytime at home? She doesn't respond well to the dark room, white noise, and rocking or nursing to sleep in the day. Do you do a daytime nap routine too? If so, what do you do?
