What do you do when it's been raining for days and you are going stir crazy? Do you go for a soggy walk in the rain? Do you hibernate inside with favorite movies and TV shows? Go to a museum? How do you deal with ALL THE RAIN????

Ugh rain sucks! There's a mall close by with Ikea, Target, etc too so we usually go there for her to let out some energy.

Pull out our bounce house or go to an indoor playground/bouncy place.

If it's a cold rain, I have a hard time sending my son out, even with all the gear, so we typically drive each other crazy inside the house.
I can't stand overcrowded places. I am thinking about joining a YMCA with an indoor pool this fall/winter, though, so let's see how that goes.

With my 2 year old we go to the mall a lot, or any restaurant with a playplace.

If it's not raining too hard we tend to go out anyway, but that's mainly because when we say "we can't go out, it's raining" my toddler says "let's wear our raincoats!" Otherwise the mall or an indoor play place.

we go outside, even a little bit helps. rain coat, pants, boots, mittens if its very cold. mud play or a walk in the forest where the trees offer a little shelter.

We have rain boots and raincoats. Rain doesn't stop us from going outside.

We dress appropriately and go outside. We live in the Pacific Northwest, so not going out in the rain isn't a feasible option. My eight month old is a little weirdo and likes the rain on her face and falls asleep on rain walks. The toddler and preschooler I nanny for love going on puddle jumping walks and playing in the rain.

Unless it's under 40/45 I walk her in the stroller out in the rain. She's not walking well yet- but as long as she is geared up and it's not super cold we are going outside. @LindsayLou: yup! Growing up in The PNW ment rain boots and waterproof jackets.
If it's really cold or raining a lot or like this winter where she was too little we went to indoor play gyms, the library, the mall, Target etc.

We don't go out in the rain a lot because where we live rain almost always means lightning. It's very exciting when our rain isn't a thunderstorm and we can play in it. We go to the gym, mall, target, community center, library, grandma's...
