Particularly if you don't have someone you can call up to babysit?

I feel so crappy today. We don't have a regular babysitter and my ILs are out of town. I napped during his first nap but he's just go go go today and I can barely keeps head up.

My DH has definitely taken a half or full sick-day for me before, but Mondays are really bad days for it, especially during the summer. He won't be home until around 1am

I ended closing the door to the nursery and letting E play on the floor while I dozed on the futon in there--got half an hour of very light off and on sleep (E could reach me and likes to pull my hair...).

How do you handle feeling like poo when you're alone with LO?
