I have an elaborate secret code system written down on paper, but there has to be a better way!
How do you do it?

For some reason I am *really* good about remembering passwords, birthdays, social security #s, etc. It's all in my head!

I mostly remember them all, but...
Have you heard of password safe? It essentially enables you to know ONE password and then you can look up the rest. When I forget one or can't get the numbers right, I check password safe.

Mr. T discovered the program "LastPass" and we use that. It works really well! https://lastpass.com/

I do the same thing as Mrs. Bee - on paper in a "secret" spot in our house, in code...
I have so many it is hard to keep track.
I'm going to check out LastPass.

I use the reset password feature. Seriously if I go to the website enough I know the password. If not I just reset it when I need to use it.

Sadly, I re-use the same few passwords (and variations thereof) for most sites. I also have almost all passwords saved in my browser so I don't have to remember them.

in my brain -- not a good method whatsoever especially with mom brain.

private google doc! probably not a good idea
but it works well for us. I do have a regular password that changes according to what it's for (that includes a capital letter, a number, and is over 10 characters) so we usually stick with that configuration. I don't record those on the google doc since that's the default password configuration.

I have a x-number of passwords that I use depending on what they are needed for. I should really have more passwords and have a better remembering system.

I don't. I just keep trying something I think I might have used.
