I'm really excited to make meatloaf tonight!! This is going to be our first time using new beef that we just got! DH's uncle owns a farm, and raises cattle. Well it was time he started selling them (for slaughter) and we went in with some other family members and we got 1/8 cow! about 80-100 lbs of amazing, grass fed beef! (I think it's even cooler because we know exactly where the cow lived its whole life, what it ate, and who cared for it!)

Well tonight I'm planning on making meatloaf! I've never made it before, I've only ever just eaten my mom's! How do you make meatloaf??
