I don't do a very good job of managing my stress! I don't find that working out helps de-stress me very much. I do some meditation, but it doesn't really help either. Drinking helps, but it hurts other parts of my life so I cut back on it.
What helps me the most is working. If I work hard, then I find myself pretty relaxed at the end of the day. Problem is that I don't always feel like I worked hard enough, by the end of the day! Getting there though.
