Hellobee Boards

It's lovingly referred to as "the shoe pile". On a mat near the front door, mixed in with mine and DH's.

We have a shoe closet.
They each have one shelf. I have two shelves and DH has four. He's sample size and my sister gives him sneaker samples every time she visits. It's obscene the number of shoes he has.

@Foodnerd81: That's our system too, although we each have our own separate shoe piles.

We use an Ikea shoe cabinet, and it works well for our family. Instead of having piles of shoes by the door, everyone puts them away in their respective drawers.
