Daycare just set up a online parent portal. Now we can pay the tuition ourselves or set up auto pay. Before they used to manually run it every week.

We set up auto pay through them (not through a website though). We used to get a small discount for doing it that way. Not sure if we still do, but regardless, it's nice not to have to remember to do it.

They do an autodraft out of my account which is the only way they allow you to pay. I sooooo wish I could charge it to my credit card for the points.

Payroll deduction (post-tax) - it's an employer based daycare. Easy but also harder to track for budgeting.

We write a check weekly. It's so annoying. The preschool we're moving to in August does monthly credit card charges and I'm so excited.

Draft our checking. I wish we could do credit card.

Check, but I also get a payroll deduction so I have to ask for a special receipt at the end of every month and submit that online. I wish we could do online, even if it was just through paypal.

At our old daycare they wanted cash weekly, but never had change and half the time nobody was in the office to give money to. Total PITA
So glad we switched to my work's daycare and now do payroll deduction.

We used to send a check to daycare on a weekly basis.
Now, we pay twice a year via check. I can sign up my son for camp online and pay via credit card.

We set up an auto pay system with them. They charge our credit card each week. Points, baby!!

Only by check but I have it set up through my bank's bill pay so it gets sent automatically and so might as well be online.
Being able to use a CC and accumulate points would be awesome but I 100% understand why they don't do this. Knowing my daycare, they'd raise tuition rates for everyone if they ever added this option so I'm happy as is.

We pay weekly with a credit card. It's nice to get the points but I wish they could do monthly instead of weekly, I feel like I'm always having to track down the director to pay.

Monthly check - super annoying! We always forget and end up paying late. So far they haven't dinged us with late fees but I'm sure our days are numbered.

A check every other friday. Yes, it would be nice to get points, but we use an in home daycare, so this makes the most sense for her.

We have to take a check in every Monday. I really wish they offered online payments, but it's a small local place. It's the only thing we write checks for.

We pay by check every week. Antiquated much? Agree on the credit card points. It kills me! We pay over $20k a year for daycare...

We signed up for a Discover card solely to pay for daycare, since it's the only card they accept. We have it on autopay every week. Love the points.

We have a check sent automatically from our online checking. Tuition is paid monthly at our daycare.

Cash on a monthly basis. It's more than I can take out from the ATM at one time, so I have to actually wait in line for a teller. It's SO FREAKING ANNOYING.

checks 3x/year. you can set up an autopay system, but it's a $50 fee for that, so f-that noise, haha

Auto draft my checking. They added credit cards but there is a fee and it's more than I would get back with my CC rewards because we're partime.
