I have to-do lists for work, home projects, errands, things to buy, things to organize, etc. They're things I don't have to do right away (those go into my weekly planner), so they get left on the back burner for a long, long time.

For instance I need to finish up the kids' rooms (we've been living here a year), along with a bunch of other home projects. But I could always be working on work. In my free time though I want to have a little downtime too.

How do you decide what to tackle on your to-do list? And how do you keep your mile long to do list organized?
