I'm trying to be more relaxed in 2016. I've recently started listening to audiobooks during my commute and picked up some adult coloring books to work on in the evenings and I find I am a lot happier because these activities help me let go of stress!
What activities do you do that help you relax?
), walking away from stressful situations (if I can!) and revisiting them once I've calmed down and had time to think about them.
