Olive eats a decent variety of vegetables (mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, broccoli, asparagus). Charlie doesn't like veggies as much so I try to add them to other foods.

I tell Charlie when I'm adding veggies though, so it's not really sneaking it in.

- soups. We are a big soup house.
- smoothies -- Charlie loves green smoothies which means I can get kale, spinach, chia seeds, celery, and tons of greens into him
- veggie pouches -- Charlie is a fan of purees in general so giving him a veggie pouch is another surefire way to get him to eat more veggies. i just bought some reusable pouches so i can make my own pouches and send green smoothies to school.
- veggie pancakes - so easy to sneak in squash, sweet potatoes, carrots, pumpkin, etc.
