DH got DS two sets of Hot Wheels tracks at the start of the summer. Some straight tracks and a triple loop. How/where do you store these?

Following! Excellent question. They take up so much space. Right now we just leave them out in the corner of the family room, but DS doesn't play with them every day, so I'd like to be able to put them away but still keep them accessible for him.

I have no ideas, because I hate those stupid things - they take up so much space! We just kept ours out on the floor for a while, and then stashed it in a closet for another while and when he'd find it in the closet and ask to play with it it would come out for a bit. Then we got rid of it because they didn't use it enough to justify all the space.

I got a big plastic bucket from Target because I was tired of seeing a pile of tracks on the floor.

I hate them too!! We have at least four track sets that take up so much space. But I also don’t want to keep building them again for my son who can’t do it alone. So I finally shoved them in a closet set up and pull them out only when he remembers to ask
