I shower at night but I SAH so if I need to shower after a run I usually just shut the bathroom door & set her up with some toys. She can kind of see me through the glass so she will stand there &bang on the door & I'll bang back. We make it a game

High chair! I usually got up before her but in mornings that was not going to happen, I stuck her in the chair with a snack. We just have the little FP high chair that attaches to a regular chair, so I dragged it into the bathroom and we survived!
If it makes you feel any better, now that LO is 2 1/2 I will shower with her awake and playing in the next room so this too shall pass!

I either try to shower before she wakes up, or she showers with me. She only takes a bath 1-2x per week....the rest of the time she showers with me. She plays pretty nicely at my feet and likes to stand under the water. I find that evenings are more relaxed without having to give her a bath, I dont have to worry about what she's doing while I'm in there, and it's easier to style her curly hair in the morning when it is wet.

Now that she is older I typically shower while she watches Daniel Tiger or Super Why in my bed, but when she was between like 1-2 years I either put her in the PNP or I just took her in the shower with me (and killed two birds with one stone since she was able to be bathed, too).
